The joke: he's revealing he uses the simulation for private/shameful pleasures and aggressively wants the door avoided. Votey (aftercomic): A caption reads "4 seconds after exiting the experience machine." A man, sweating with tears running down his face, says, "I can never look at myself in the mirror again"—implying deep shame over whatever he did inside.
