A doctor wearing a surgical cap and headlamp stands at the foot of a yellow operating table, holding up a small removed object on the tip of a scalpel as if presenting a newborn, and exclaims "It's a boy!" The patient lying on the table throws both arms up in celebration and shouts "Woo-hoo!" A caption below reads: "The appendectomy was going really well."
