A six-panel SMBC comic. Panel 1: an excited young red-haired girl tells her bespectacled father, 'Daddy! Me and my slumber pals are gonna stay up all night by drinking coffee mixed with soda mixed with sugar!' The father, reading a book, replies, 'Why not just do what I do and let your mind wander to how you'll never accomplish most of the things you consider valuable.' Panel 2: the girl grins, thrilled. Panel 3: her face falls into worry as the idea sinks in. Panel 4, labeled '12 hours later,' she weakly says 'We did it!' Panel 5: utterly exhausted, she mumbles 'Yaaaaaaaay...' Panel 6: the father smiles smugly while the kids lie crashed on the living-room floor. A caption reads: 'This bonus comic is thanks to buyers of Soonish! Click for more info! smbc-comics.com.' The joke: the dad infects his kid's all-nighter fun with existential dread, and 12 hours later everyone is wiped out instead of joyful. Votey: a roughly sketched, smug-faced dad says, 'Now let's all spend the morning on facebook!'
