A two-panel comic. Panel 1: a smiling man reads aloud from an open purple book, saying "The most important aspect of parenting is to make your child feel special." Panel 2: against a yellow background, a worried boy holds his hands together and says, "Dad... there's this... new hair growing on my body." The dad, partly off-panel with a raised fist, cheerfully replies, "You are SO unique!" -- treating a normal sign of puberty as evidence of his child's specialness. Votey (black-and-white aftercomic): the boy adds, "Sometimes... I touch myself," and the dad, now dropping the supportive act, flatly responds, "Weeeeird!"
