A four-panel comic. A small blonde girl asks her father, "Daddy, is there a kitty heaven?" He warmly replies, "Sweetie, of course!" against a sunny sky. The girl smiles and asks, "So Mittens is with Scruffles in heaven right now?" In the final panel the father's face hardens into a glare as he flatly states, "Scruffles was a dog" — implying a separate, segregated afterlife. Votey (bonus panel): a rough black-and-white drawing of the father, eyes wild and mouth open mid-shout, yelling "OBLIVION!", suggesting the grim alternative to heaven.
