Main comic: A single color panel in a medical exam room. A doctor in a white lab coat and yellow tie stands behind a counter, incongruously wearing a pink-and-white bunny-ears headband. In a speech bubble he says defensively, "I LOST A BET, OKAY?" A caption beneath the panel reads: "Now, do you want this baby delivered or not?" The joke is that a patient has apparently balked at being treated by a doctor in bunny ears, and he insists the ridiculous costume has no bearing on his ability to do the job. Votey (bonus panel), in loose black-and-white sketch: the same doctor, still wearing the bunny ears, now wears a grim expression and says, "I'M SORRY. YOUR HUSBAND DIED." A box labeled "LATER..." sets the scene, implying his competence really was the problem after all.
