A weatherman in a gray suit and green tie stands mid-broadcast, mouth open and arms gesturing. His normal speech balloon reads, "And here in Nevada, we'll be experiencing a mild heat wave tapering off into-" but it's interrupted by a jagged yellow panic balloon: "OH MY GOD! IT'S GONE! THE UNITED STATES IS GONE! YOU MANIACS! WHAT DID YOU DO?!" The caption explains: "Every time the bluescreen went out, Stan the Weatherman suffered an existential crisis." The joke is that with his green/blue screen map gone, he reacts as if the country itself vanished. Votey: A close-up of the man's confused face as he asks, "If this map is the USA... then where am I?" — realizing he can no longer see himself standing in front of the map.
